Cuso International – Special Gift Appeal
Cuso International is an international development organization that works to reduce poverty and inequality through the efforts of skilled volunteers. To fund this important work, Cuso relies heavily on gifts from individual donors – raised primarily through direct response marketing. The fundraising letters and emails are typically stories from the field, written in the voice of the Cuso volunteer. For this appeal, we interviewed a volunteer who was working with abused women in a remote region of Peru.
